I currently serve as the Commercial Division Director at REMAX Professional in Baton Rouge LA. The core focus of my team is Commercial Sales/Leasing and Development of properties in Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston Parishes. The Joe Moore Team includes Ashley Terrell Ferrell, Commercial
Associate. In addition, our Team represents buyers and sellers of Residential Single Family and Residential Lot sales as part of our client services. Major commercial projects currently include Juban Marketplace, Bass Pro Development Phase 1, Point of Isle at the Amite Diversion Canal, & River Highlands Marina/Residential Community. Commercial Specialty focus includes Land Development, Retail Leasing, and Master Planning for project development, warehouse/office, financing & construction.
